What You’ll Do:

As our Estimator, you’ll be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring precision, efficiency, and results. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to estimate costs and timelines, manage the project lifecycle, and deliver metal components that exceed expectations. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of metal laser cutting, working on projects that push boundaries and define innovation in the industry.

• Lead & Manage Projects from inception to delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.
• Estimate Costs with Accuracy and help our clients achieve their vision while maintaining quality and profitability.
• Collaborate with Clients & Teams to fully understand project needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Analyze, Optimize, Innovate by finding creative ways to streamline operations, improve processes, and cut through complexity.

• Proven Experience in Project Management & Estimation within the metal fabrication, laser cutting, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong Technical Understanding of laser cutting processes, CAD software, and materials.
• A Keen Eye for Detail and a knack for breaking down complex projects into efficient workflows.
• Excellent Communication Skills to interface with clients and rally teams to success.
• An Analytical Mindset for estimating costs and making data-driven decisions on pricing and timelines.
